Mission and description of the role
The Product Sales Lead will be primarily responsible for client acquisition, while also overseeing sales execution and process optimization. The role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell Bluesquare’s key products while leading the sales funnel and automating processes. This requires a blend of technical proficiency SRP tools (i.e. HubSpot, Odoo), expertise in digital marketing, and strong client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and will drive revenue growth from our different products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client acquisition & Sales Execution (70%)
- Map relevant actors in the targeted sectors for Product sales
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations for potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Foster relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers to align on product vision and discuss product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proper implementation of SAAS contracts and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
2. Sales Process Optimization & Automation (15%)
- Develop and manage a structured sales funnel to convert leads into customers.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot to automate lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
- Automate and refine product sales workflows in HubSpot to enhance efficiency and lead conversion.
- Set up automated email campaigns, CRM tracking, and lead scoring mechanisms.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other business systems, such as Odoo for subscription management.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of active clients and sales performance reports.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (15%)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising for Bluesquare’s products.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and refine strategies for better engagement.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in product sales or business development, preferably in health technology, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
- Strong digital marketing background, including lead generation, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Preferred: Expertise in HubSpot (certification is a plus) with experience in CRM automation, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Odoo for subscription and sales process management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track sales and marketing performance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
